Shipping & Delivery

1. General information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will send you the same item in a different strength as the best replacement for that product.

2. Delivery location

Items listed on our website can only be delivered to addresses in USA, UK and Europe. If you are outside USA, UK & Europe the contact before placing order [email protected].

3. Delivery time

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an estimated delivery time. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times are for guidance only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Delivery time varies depending on customer location:

  • USA to USA = 3 – 5 Business Days
  • USA to Worldwide = 7 – 21 Business Days

Please note:  Business Day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is free. We charge only 30 USD for discreet packaging.

5. Damaged items during transport

If a product is damaged upon arrival, the customer is required to send us a photo of the damaged product for verification. Once confirmed, we will reship the damaged part with the customer’s next order.
